Martin O’Carroll is a Director for ESS. Martin is an entrepreneur and executive manager with more than 25 years of experience working in finance and with start-ups, building and exiting strong businesses at superior returns to stakeholders. Before he joined ESS, Martin co-founded UTEC Survey International and Canyon Offshore Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland and a chartered accountant in Ireland and Australia.
